A leading healthcare company that produces adjustable beds, mobility scooters and recliner chairs award a web portal contract to Zeraxis. The purpose of the portal is to improve and simplify communication between the various sales forces, call centres and marketing. The portal will initially be used by up to 210 remote sales staff and a central call centre team. All marketing and Sales activity will be collected and reported on from a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system being implemented in parallel to the portal.
