About the programme

In today’s competitive marketplace, it’s never been more important for businesses to have a professional online presence. This programme will provide you with the skills to use the Web effectively and conduct business on the internet.

What should you already know?

There are no formal entry requirements, although a good working knowledge of computers and IT is desirable.

Each session builds upon the knowledge gained in the previous session so it is recommended to participate in all sessions.

How long does it take?

6 sessions each of 2.5 hours duration held weekly.

A 30 minute clinic will be held at the end of each session to revisit specific issues the attendees may have experienced.
