The Zeraxis consultant was initially engaged to assist us with VAT and Intrastat reporting issues within our Shared Service Centre. They quickly understood the areas of concern, made decisive and effective changes to our existing process to better align it with our PeopleSoft system. Richard Lucy, of Zeraxis Limited, was engaged to assist us with a Sarbanes-Oxley driven implementation of seven PeopleSoft financials products in five locations across the world. Croydon Enterprise

The Croydon Enterprise programme is about helping local people to regenerate the borough. Entrepreneurship is supported and backing is provided to people who want to start and grow businesses.
The programme was developed after an extensive consultation with local people and businesses and is a partnership between the council, businesses and many local organisations from the public, private and voluntary sectors.
Zeraxis Limited have provided Croydon Enterprise with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track, manage and monitor the delivery of this programme and report its progress to the diverse stakeholders.
Modifications were made to the CRM system to capture more detailed demographic information on the key target groups that suffer particular economic disadvantage, such as lone parents, people with disabilities and people from Black Minority Ethnic (BME) communities. Measuring their journey through the various programme offerings was a critical reporting benchmark. The management team now have the ability to asses the impact of the programmes and the effectiveness of the partners delivering them.
Zeraxis also provided a new Voice over IP (VOIP) Telephony system for Croydon Enterprise.
