Esther Community Enterprise (ECE)

Esther Community Enterprise (ECE) is a voluntary organisation within the third sector. Like many third sector organisations, access to funding and paying for services is a huge obstacle. There are service providers who have a passion and drive to make a difference to their community, but need help and support in seeing their vision materialise.
ECE needed help in building a website to enhance our funding opportunities, but had no financial resources in which to do so.

I attended the E-commerce training led by Zeraxis to get some basic knowledge on the 'know how' of websites.

The training was well presented, and provided keys that could be understood in layman terms. Del Attah's knowledge and accolades of business achievements speaks for itself, however it was his ability to empathise and support budding entrepreneurs that captured my attention while motivating me in the right direction. As a novice to this field, I have gained confidence, knowledge and skills which I can now apply when updating ECE website (courtesy of Zeraxis). The on-going service and support from the team at Zeraxis reassures the client, that help is just a phone call away.....

The course superseded my expectations and I am so delighted that I attended the course.

South London Business Workshop

I attend a workshop presented by you and a your college. i just wanted to drop you a quick email and thank you and South London business for organising it. The workshop was very informative and you did a great job of answering all our questions.

I have attended a previous workshop on websites and ecommerce where BT were one of the main speakers talking mainly about the service they provide through 'BT Trade Space'. I thought I would share the feeling echoed by some of the others on the workshop you held, namely that we would much prefer to have the workshops run by smaller businesses such as yourselves who identify more with our business model and are in a stage of growth themselves and would benefit from this platform.

Actuate Corporation

Richard Lucy, of Zeraxis Limited, was engaged to assist us with a Sarbanes-Oxley driven implementation of seven PeopleSoft financials products in five locations across the world. As the implementation manager Richard was responsible for the management of the external consultants as well as providing overall system design guidance across each of the products. His detailed knowledge of the PeopleSoft products and business processes meant that we were quickly able to align our business requirements to the standard PeopleSoft functionality. Having Richard on the team was a key factor in the successful implementation of PeopleSoft within Actuate.

Croydon Enterprise

The Croydon Enterprise programme is about helping local people to regenerate the borough. Entrepreneurship is supported and backing is provided to people who want to start and grow businesses.

The programme was developed after an extensive consultation with local people and businesses and is a partnership between the council, businesses and many local organisations from the public, private and voluntary sectors.

Zeraxis Limited have provided Croydon Enterprise with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track, manage and monitor the delivery of this programme and report its progress to the diverse stakeholders.

Modifications were made to the CRM system to capture more detailed demographic information on the key target groups that suffer particular economic disadvantage, such as lone parents, people with disabilities and people from Black Minority Ethnic (BME) communities. Measuring their journey through the various programme offerings was a critical reporting benchmark. The management team now have the ability to asses the impact of the programmes and the effectiveness of the partners delivering them. Zeraxis also provided a new Voice over IP (VOIP) Telephony system for Croydon Enterprise.

Zeraxis took over the management of our IT system that was in a complete mess, about a year ago. They reviewed our systems and made sensible recommendations both financially and practically. Their team is always very helpful; they have to deal with a number of enquiries from us who are computer illiterate!
