We provide application support for many of our customers and have a helpdesk where incidents logged in our CRM system’s Case Management module via the web or used through our dedicated support number will be investigated and resolved. This allows customers to concentrate on running their businesses whilst we shoulder the burden of system administration and operational running.

Zeraxis Application Maintenance (ZAM) is a combination of best practice change management coupled with project, risk, release and deployment management processes. This grouping of inter-related functions is used to manage the origination of an incident, (fault, change request or issue) through remediation, testing and deployment into the production environment.
